Exchange Policy

Eligible new, unused, unworn, unwashed, fragrance-free, and unaltered ROKKX products can be exchanged for size or colour within 7 calendar days of delivery, subject to stock availability. Products must retain their original tags and packaging. Email info@rokkx.com with the order number and requested replacement. After approval, ROKKX sends instructions electronically and arranges courier pickup at no cost to the customer; no restocking fee applies. Worn, washed, altered, tagless, final-sale, customised, or hygiene-restricted products are excluded unless defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied. If the requested replacement is unavailable, the customer may choose an eligible refund, store credit, or another available product.
