Exchange Policy

Eligible new, unused, unworn, unwashed, fragrance-free, and unaltered ROKKX products can be exchanged for size or colour within 7 calendar days of delivery, subject to stock availability. Products must retain their original tags and packaging. Email info@rokkx.com with the order number and requested replacement. After approval, ROKKX sends instructions electronically and arranges courier pickup at no cost to the customer; no restocking fee applies. Worn, washed, altered, tagless, final-sale, customised, or hygiene-restricted products are excluded unless defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied. If the requested replacement is unavailable, the customer may choose an eligible refund, store credit, or another available product. Faster exchange with a handover video When the courier partner comes to collect an approved exchange, you can record one continuous video on your phone, with the courier partner present, showing the item with its original tags attached, the courier's AWB label on the parcel, and you handing the parcel to the courier partner. Send it on WhatsApp to +91 81081 00484 from the mobile number on your order, while the courier partner is collecting the item. The video is valid only if the courier partner can be seen receiving the parcel in it, and it reaches us between 2 hours before and 1 hour after the courier's pickup scan. Videos recorded without the courier partner, sent outside that window, sent from another number, edited, or not showing the item, its tags and the AWB label are not accepted. Once our team confirms a valid video and the courier has scanned the pickup, ROKKX dispatches your replacement size on the next business day, without waiting for the returned item to reach us. The returned item is still inspected; if it does not match the video or the exchange conditions, ROKKX may ask for the replacement to be returned and may withdraw faster exchanges on future orders. Without a valid video, the replacement ships after the returned item reaches ROKKX and passes inspection. Faster exchange depends on the requested size being in stock.
