Data Deletion Instructions

Delete your account online Sign in to your ROKKX customer account, open My Details, choose Delete account, and confirm the request. This permanently removes your customer profile, saved delivery addresses, sign-in credentials, communication preferences, and WhatsApp conversation records held by ROKKX. Request deletion by email If you cannot access your account, email info@rokkx.com from your registered email address with the subject “Data deletion request”. Include only the email address or mobile number registered with ROKKX. Never send your password, OTP, card, UPI, or bank details. We may ask for limited information to verify that you own the account before completing the request. Information we may retain Completed order, invoice, payment-status, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute, and security records may be retained or de-identified where required by applicable law or legitimate record-keeping obligations. Retained records are restricted from ordinary marketing use. ROKKX will process verified deletion requests within the period required by applicable law, normally within 30 days. Third-party services Deleting a ROKKX account removes the associated information controlled by ROKKX. Information independently controlled by Meta, payment providers, couriers, or other service providers remains subject to their respective privacy and deletion policies.
