Cancellation Policy

Orders can usually be cancelled before dispatch or courier handoff. Once a shipment is packed or handed to the courier, cancellation may need to follow the return or exchange workflow after delivery. Custom, altered, final-sale, or event campaign orders may not be cancellable once processing begins. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, ROKKX may cancel the affected item and issue a refund or store credit.
